Nemanja is the founder and partner at ATTorneys Law office with significant experience in providing legal counseling services and representation of domestic and foreign clients, acquired through engagement in leading law firms in Serbia, and through cooperation with one of the four prestigious global companies, member of the so-called “Big Four”, which provides auditing services and tax and financial counselling services.

Nemanja’s expertise is primarily related to the field of corporate law and M&A, competition law, labour law, IT law, energy and litigation. In his career so far, Nemanja has provided services to businesses coming from a variety of industries, including games of chance, energy, construction, pharmaceuticals, freight forwarding, education and commerce (wholesale).

Nemanja was the leader of the legal team in different projects relating to acquisition and transfer of capital (transactions), privatization of public enterprises and entities operating with state capital, restructuring and harmonization of operations of large corporations with national legislation, through the services of preparing legal due diligence reports, conducting negotiations, drafting and conducting transaction documents, resolving disputes.

At ATTorneys Law office, Nemanja leads the team for corporate law and M&A, competition law, IT sector, gambling industry and dispute resolution.

He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of the Spanish language.
