Miodrag is the founder and partner at ATTorneys Law office. He started his career in 2013 in one of the most eminent law offices in the country, where he stayed for a number of years, gained the necessary experience and developed legal know-how.
In his practice so far, he has distinguished himself through many years of successful counseling of some of the largest companies on the market dealing with investments and management in the field of real estate, as well as by participating in numerous transactions, related also to energy sector. He has extensive experience in public procurement and protection of intellectual property procedures, and developed cooperation with clients and authorities in these areas.
Miodrag’s expertise refers to administrative procedure, resolving property relations and conducting all types of proceedings related to this area (legalization of buildings, land conversion – converting the right of use into the right of ownership, expropriation, restitution), drafting all types of contracts related to real estate purchase, lease, investment and construction, obtaining permits and consent.
At ATTorneys Law office, Miodrag is leading the team dealing in public procurements, intellectual property law and energy, and together with his partner, Igor Andrović, he leads a team that represents clients from construction industry and real estate management.
He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of the Italian language.
